At Cherry Mounte, we offer exchanges for wrong items or products with manufacturing defects.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by contacting info@cherrymounte.com or +91 90674 74400 with order details and product images.

Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the same item isn’t available, a similar product of equal value can be chosen.

Customers must return items securely; for defective or incorrect products, Cherry Mounte covers return shipping.

Monetary refunds are not offered; all eligible cases are handled through exchanges only.
